MKT provides warranty service under the following conditions:

Bite discomfort caused by production error (not due to dental changes)

Structural issues with the metal under normal use
2.2 Stone Setting (if applicable)

Stones falling out due to setting defects

Misalignment caused by craftsmanship issues
2.3 Surface Finishing

Premature wear of polish or plating under proper usage conditions
3. Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by drops, impacts, or accidents

Improper usage (eating while wearing, biting hard objects, sleeping with grillz)

Unauthorized modifications or repairs by third parties

Changes in dental structure (orthodontics, extractions, veneers, etc.)

Natural wear and tear over time

4. Non-Warranty Support Services
