1. Warranty Period

  • 12 months from the date of delivery

  • Applicable to all bespoke grillz pieces

Optional for VIP / high-tier clients:

  • Lifetime Care Service (maintenance only, not full warranty coverage)
     

2. Warranty Coverage
MKT provides warranty service under the following conditions:
2.1 Manufacturing Defects

  • Improper fit due to technical inaccuracy

  • Bite discomfort caused by production error (not due to dental changes)

  • Structural issues with the metal under normal use

2.2 Stone Setting (if applicable)

  • Stones falling out due to setting defects

  • Misalignment caused by craftsmanship issues

2.3 Surface Finishing

  • Premature wear of polish or plating under proper usage conditions
     

3. Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by drops, impacts, or accidents

  • Improper usage (eating while wearing, biting hard objects, sleeping with grillz)

  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs by third parties

  • Changes in dental structure (orthodontics, extractions, veneers, etc.)

  • Natural wear and tear over time

  • Loss of the product
     

4. Non-Warranty Support Services
To maintain a premium experience, MKT. offers:

  • Refitting services (with fee, if caused by dental changes)

  • Re-polishing / restoration (complimentary once within the first 6 months)

  • Stone replacement support (charged if not due to manufacturing defects)
     

5. Warranty Process

  1. Client submits photos/videos and a description of the issue

  2. MKT. evaluates within 48 hours

  3. If approved:

    • Product will be collected

    • Repair time: 5–10 business days

  4. Product is returned to the client

  • Premature fading of plating or polish under proper usage
     

3. Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage from impact, dropping, or improper handling

  • Scratches, dents, or natural wear over time

  • Discoloration due to chemicals (perfume, sweat, cosmetics)

  • Stones lost due to external force or negligence

  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications

  • Loss or theft
     

4. Care & Maintenance Support
To maintain a premium experience, MKT. offers:

  • Complimentary cleaning & polishing (1 time within 6 months)

  • Stone tightening service (inspection & adjustment)

  • Repair services with preferential pricing
     

5. Warranty Process

  1. Client submits photos/videos and issue description

  2. Evaluation within 48 hours

  3. If approved:

    • Product is returned to MKT.

    • Repair time: 5–10 business days

  4. Product is returned to client
